Outsourcedemployee.com was founded to meet the needs of small businesses. We strongly believe that the outsourcing models should not only benefit Fortune 1000 companies but also small businesses that are real economy-builders and need to stay competitive for long-term sustainability.

Hence, we set out to create a business model that, for the first time, made outsourcing affordable to businesses of any size, and have successfully done just that. Like multinationals, we wanted our clients to be able leverage labor arbitrage benefits and hence determined the Philippines as the most suitable delivery location. The Philippines was the ideal choice for its strong English language skills, affinity towards American culture and time zone.

We provide offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services from our 14,000 Sq. Ft. center in the Philippines. Our facilities feature on-site American management team, fully redundant voice and data links to the US, enterprise grade network infrastructure, redundant generator sets and all of the features of a much larger provider without the larger cost.
